What do you need help with?

1. PLACING AN AD

You must register before placing an ad, so you can edit, upgrade or remove your ad when appropriate.
Complete the registration form.
Go to "Place an ad"
Choose the best category or sub-category for your item.
Select a free or featured package.
Complete the details as required. N.B. The price box will not display any wording.
Upload your relevant photos (if available) by pressing 'Browse' and 'Add Image'. The photo size is as follows: Less than 4MB (or 4096KB), smaller than 2600 x 2600px. We recommend reducing the photo to a low resolution before uploading, or use your mobile or use the lowest resolution on your digital camera, as this will make the upload to Trading Hub quicker. Alternatively, go into your photo manager and reduce the size of your photos. (i.e. for Microsoft, it is called Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Choose your photo, go to 'view' menu and select 'task pane'. From the task pane drop down bar, choose "export". Go to "export using this size" and select "web small" or "web large". Check details in other boxes in case you wish to save under a new file name. When ready, click OK. Go back to where you are uploading your image and refresh page.) Select your photo and click Open, your photo link will be displayed in Step 4 of Add Images, Trading Hub. Press "Add Image" and your photo will be downloaded. Add up to 8 photos.
Your ad will stay posted on Trading Hub for up to one year or until you delete it. Please try to remove it as soon after it has been sold.
Press continue.
Verify your personal information.
Preview advert and, if any changes are needed, select one of the steps in the line above.
View your order receipt and print if necessary.
If you have chosen to have a featured ad, our method of payment is PAYPAL.
(You will receive an email to confirm your advert.)

2. DETAILS FOR PLACING AN AUTOMOTIVE AD

Details for Placing a Car/Truck/Bike Ad

Kilometres: Number of kilometres on tachometer.
Body: Sedan/ Hatch/ Wagon/ Ute & the colour.
Fuel Type: Petrol/ Diesel/ LPG.
Engine: Number of cylinders, i.e. 4 cyl, 6 cyl or V8.
Gearbox/ Transmission: Manual/ Automatic & number of speeds or gears.

3. BUYING

You do not need to register to buy an item or view any posting. Contact the seller directly by email or phone to arrange viewing.

Arrange payment directly with the seller. Trading Hub does not have any involvement in the transaction between buyer and seller.

For motor vehicles, motorbikes or boats, we recommend doing a REVS check to make sure no money is owing on it.

4. CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT

You may change your details anytime you log in, by going to My Trading Hub and select Modify your Account.

5. REPORT AN AD FOR ILLEGAL OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT

If you find any post that is contrary to the terms and conditions, or includes any inappropriate or illegal content, please contact us to have it removed and include the link and why you think it should be removed.

We will only take action to remove this ad according to our terms and conditions and using our discretion and integrity.

7. FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD

When logging in, type in your username and click on the link "Password Forgotten" and you will receive an email from Trading Hub, which you will need to verify. You will then receive a second email with a new password, which you can use to log in. Once you have logged in to Trading Hub, you may change if you wish by going to "Modify your Account".
